We are creating a suite of cross platform dapps, which provide leverage for crypto and real world assets. We are currently searching for a Head of Marketing who can actualize our company’s vision.
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsibly advise, manage and implement relevant marketing expertise internally and
externally including marketing, branding and scaling points as we grow.
● Create company branding guidelines and implementation
● Run effective marketing campaigns and participate in events to grow our community and
boost brand awareness in a scalable and efficient way
● Lead social influencer marketing and community management, working with internal teams
and external partners to drive brand representation through authentic social interactions
while optimizing for growth
● Ambassador of the company
● Global team management
● Become a driving force in the on-chain governance ecosystem
● Develop social media content communities on various platforms, including but not limited to
Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Forums, etc.
● Community management: engage our community by supporting organic growth inside our
chat and social media accounts
● Coordinate with our developers and keep our community updated on our latest products and
features
● Identify and engage with influencers and ambassadors
● Planning and executing user engagement
● Ideation and execution of community campaigns
● Content creation
● Manage videos, podcasts and translations
● Manage conference attendance and participation
● Derive insights from campaign analytics thereby driving both optimization in performance
marketing and broader growth strategy
● Jump into a scaling startup company culture
Qualifications:
● Blockchain Experience
● NFT experience
● DeFi experience
● Experience Leading People and with Team Management
● Flexible working hours within European timezones
● Demonstrated expertise in paid search, SEO, paid social media, display advertising, affiliate,
and influencer marketing
● Proven track record of successful social marketing plans that are both creative and
Data-driven
