Company located in Jerusalem is looking to hire an experienced, self-driven, full time HR Manager.
General responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of talent acquisition.
- Handling and assisting with all personnel matters.
- Initiating, planning and executing culture building activities and events.
- Creating, reviewing, updating, and instituting company policy and processes.
- Organizational and personal development and growth.
- Taking care of employees' welfare and well being.
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting on daily attendance.
- Working with the company's accountant to process and finalize payroll.
- Collaborating with Managers regarding employee compensation strategies.
Requirements:
- High level English (proficient in speaking, reading and writing).
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Excellent communication and decision making skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.
- Ability to build relationships with staff at all levels.
- Sensitive and empathetic with a willingness to help others and cultivate growth.
- Ability to work well with others and respect their views.
- Ability to create and establish processes.
- Ability to take initiative and think creatively.
