Job description
Do you have experience in sales? Are you proficient in the English language?
An international company specializing in cryptocurrencies trading is looking for retention agents and a Sales Team Leader.
Job is challenging and rewarding, with compensation options and bonuses.
It is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Company is located in a brand new building in Tel aviv, close to “Hashalom”/"Azrieli" train stations.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday between 11:00 – 20:00, Friday from 11:00-15:00
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the KPI of a retention department, selling financial products & services over the phone.
Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned.
Regular follow up on inquiries, follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
Maintain communication with clients through phone & email.
Desired Candidate Profile
Sales background. Phone sales experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication in English.
Experience in a fintech environment.
Assertive, results-driven person.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, multi-objective environment.
Desire to grow and develop.
