What You Will Do
This Senior Sales Executive role at Gimmonix is ideal for a seasoned sales professional looking to take on an active role in a dynamic, innovative tech company.
- Taking a proactive sales approach to engage with clients from a consultative standpoint to educate and develop their knowledge and assist in the development of solutions to meet the client’s needs.
- Strategically identify growth opportunities through sales development and market-based information.
- Lead the qualification process and the engagement with the customer to deliver a compelling solution.
- Lead and orchestrate the proposal and negotiation process. Be heavily engaged during the transition as the customer advocate.
- Relationship Building - establish strong partnerships with key purchasing decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
- Develop, manage, and maintain CRM records in line with policy and the CRM strategy.
- Responsible for individual pipeline and regular internal reporting.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience and Expertise: Extensive experience in sales across SMB/Enterprise and SMEs, particularly in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Strategic Sales Acumen: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, focusing on achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with other department stakeholders to drive customer conversion.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, and performance metrics, and drive data-driven sales strategies.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Senior Sales Management in B2B SaaS solutions and 3+ years of hands-on experience with direct SME/E sales.
- Ability to quickly develop deep product value proposition knowledge and communicate the business values to the field and customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- English on a native level
- Proven organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work on several diverse opportunities concurrently; detail-oriented individual.
- Flexibility with working hours considering the spread of our audience between San Francisco, US, and Brisbane, AU.
- University degree or above
- Experience with self-serve SaaS and subscription-based solutions - an advantage.
- Knowledge of Travel tech-specific domains and Hospitality vertical in general - a significant advantage.
