Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 1-4 campaign managers
Creating and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms
Budget management and target audience analysis
Working with premium clients with substantial budgets
Managing all stages of the marketing funnel
Direct collaboration with company management
3-4 years of experience managing Google and Facebook campaigns – Must
Experience handling campaigns with budgets of hundreds of thousands of ILS – Must
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously – Must
Leadership and guidance abilities
Creative and outside-the-box problem-solving skills
Strong marketing mindset and consumer understanding
Attention to detail while maintaining big-picture awareness
Self-motivated continuous learner
Native Hebrew & full professional proficiency in English
