Responsibilities:
- Call candidates, source talent from our database, and match them to jobs
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
- Work quickly and efficiently to place candidates
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in a phone or people-focused role (e.g., recruiter, sales, collections, therapist, etc.)
- Strong hustle mentality—must be proactive and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Remote
19 hours a week over US time (required not flexible)
