Modiin, Israel-based Internet startup that has built a B2B social network for enterprise technology professionals, is looking for a Director of Customer Success.

Requirements:


  • 3-5 Years of experience in a CS Ops/Sales Ops/RevOps role
  • Deep Salesforce experience (Salesforce Admin is a huge advantage)
  • Experience with data analysis
  • A drive to truly own what you do - take a complex issue and run with it, we don’t do micromanagement
  • Building smooth and repeatable processes excite you
  • You’re a leader - this is a senior role at the company and people will learn from you
  • Technical savvy (not an engineering role, but stepping out of your comfort zone shouldn’t scare you), you’ll be working with our Salesforce and Dev teams
  • You want to grow, learn, take advantage of opportunities and eventually build and own the CS ops organization
  • Fluent English (Like, really fluent. Native not required)
