Modiin, Israel-based Internet startup that has built a B2B social network for enterprise technology professionals, is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Requirements:
3-5 Years of experience in a CS Ops/Sales Ops/RevOps role
Deep Salesforce experience (Salesforce Admin is a huge advantage)
Experience with data analysis
A drive to truly own what you do - take a complex issue and run with it, we don’t do micromanagement
Building smooth and repeatable processes excite you
You’re a leader - this is a senior role at the company and people will learn from you
Technical savvy (not an engineering role, but stepping out of your comfort zone shouldn’t scare you), you’ll be working with our Salesforce and Dev teams
You want to grow, learn, take advantage of opportunities and eventually build and own the CS ops organization
Fluent English (Like, really fluent. Native not required)
