Job Description:
Assistant needed for research, data entry, and social media management, to promote KHAZZOOM brands. Current focus is on promotion of 1) award-winning band Iraqis in Pajamas, through which Khazzoom creates both original conscious rock and meditative music - each of which draw from the sacred chants of her Iraqi Jewish heritage, 2) the 2022 edition of The Flying Camel, a collection of essays by women of North African and Middle Eastern Jewish heritage - taught throughout the Ivy League and at universities nationwide, and 3) Kitchen Pirates food prep video series and companion single and music video.

Job Requirements
Applicants must have the following skills and qualities:

• Proficiency in internet-based research, Excel and Google spreadsheet management, Google Docs management, and social media navigation.
• Strong communication and organization skills - most importantly, the ability to comprehend and implement assignments, proactively ask questions if anything is unclear, pay close attention to details during implementation of assignments, and efficiently organize and track large amounts of data.
• Candidates must have high standards of excellence, be responsible and reliable, and be honest and trustworthy

General tech savvy skills and interest in the arts, holistic health, women's empowerment, and Jewish multiculturalism are a plus.

Hours and Compensation
This position is currently on an as-needed, part-time basis, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company develops. Starting salary is $15 USD/hour.
