CRM (Salesforce) Platform Architect
We are looking for a Platform Architect to lead the design, solutions, development and play an active role to ensure quality and fulfill the business needs with Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce Enterprise Service Cloud implementation, including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products
- Identify skills and roles needed for technical projects
- Conversion of product requirements into the architecture and design of the solution
- Responsible for matching business processes to the capabilities of Salesforce
- Hands-on for configuration, development and to resolve technical issues
- Coach, mentor and train team leaders on related projects
Requirements:
- English at a professional level with strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or similar industry
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce (including 2 years in Developing System Architecture Documents)
- Proficient in Lightning Platform and capabilities
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and Visual Force
- Experienced with integrations between Salesforce and other platforms and technologies
- In-depth understanding of data model, relational databases, and application development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com including workflows, triggers, reporting, general design concepts
- Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts
- Project management and organizational skills.
- A plus if:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification; Salesforce Architect Certifications
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Heroku, and Tableau
- Knowledge and understanding of prototyping and methods of implementation.
This is a full-time position Sun-Thu or Mon-Fri (short Friday) and the office is located in Jerusalem.
