Front End developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and build efficient, reusable, scalable & testable front-end Vue features.
• Develop compelling and informative solutions for visual data.
• Create a natural interface for manipulating data at scale.
• Collaborate with our amazing Product Managers, Software Engineers and Graphic Designers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
• Expand and implement highly responsive and realtime features for a modern SPA
• Implement and design a mobile-first interface

Basic Requirements:

• B.Sc. In computer science / SW Eng. or related field.
• Proven industry experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of experience with a modern JS framework (Vue/Angular/React/Svelte), at least 1 year of experience with Vue (2 or 3).
• Proven experience with testing frameworks (Mocha/Chai/Jest/Cypress/Playwright).
• Proficiency with ES6+ syntax and features, especially async/await
• Experience with Git and git-flow type workflows
• Native Level English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Linux environment
• Contributor to Open source
• Previous experience with design
• Understand view layout and rendering technologies (e.g. responsiveness, progressive enhancement, browser/device support).
• Understand the importance of testing front end components with experience of creating unit and integration tests.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of front end system design, interaction with back end APIs, and performance/security considerations.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and strong problem solving skills.
• Experience with Ecommerce, CRM or BI type apps
• Experience with Plotly (any language, JS is a super plus)
• Experience with Quasar Framework
