Account Executive – Procurement, Platforms & Order Fulfilment
Location: On-site, Hadassah Ein Kerem, Jerusalem
Scope: Full-time | Immediate Start
Alomone Labs, a global leader in life science research tools, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our operations team.
This role combines strategic commercial responsibilities across procurement platforms with hands-on involvement in processing and fulfilling customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with:
- Procurement platforms
- Marketplaces
- Referral platforms
• Initiate and manage onboarding and supplier registration processes
• Enhance product visibility, performance, and compliance across all commercial channels
• Identify and launch Alomone’s presence on new procurement platforms
• Handle customer orders: processing, packing, documentation, and shipping
• Respond to customer emails and ensure smooth internal communication
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and logistical operations
Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
✔ Excellent command of English (written and spoken); fluency in Hebrew is required
✔ Strong computer skills, especially Excel and digital platforms
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
✔ Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Experience with export logistics, Salesforce, or ERP systems (Priority) – a strong advantage
