Job Description: We are seeking motivated and energetic customer support agents for a specialized healthcare call center.
Responsibilities:
- In this role a successful candidate will be handling inbound and outbound traffic from our customers professionally and politely, using provided tools and acquired knowledge, while keeping up a positive attitude and energy, and being a team player.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with an Anglo mindset.
- Proficient in Hebrew (high level).
- Call Center experience - a plus.
- Reliable PC with stable internet connection for remote work.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
- Good people skills.
