What will you do?
We are looking for a qualified individual to oversee and address our company’s needs from all

day to day aspects with our strategic partners. You will provide accurate operational, as well as

technical, service.

As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you should be a tech-savvy and

numbers-oriented person. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific

Goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to provide business, technical, and product knowledge to

support active processes and strengthen customer relationships.

What will you be responsible for?

• Acting as the POC for all company matters with its strategic partners.

• Work closely with the Product team in performing integrations, sales, and Business Development.
• Analyzing the partner's needs according to Vidazoo’s activities and goals.
• Upscaling activities by all business and technical means.
• Liaising with the sales department to give the best results to new onboarded partners.
• Keeping track of sales performance metrics & achieving specific goals.

What do you need to have?

• 1+ years of proven work experience as a Customer Success Specialist/ Business Analyst/ Project Manager - Must

• An ability to gasp the partners’ needs and suggest timely solutions

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High proficiency in English (Native English - a strong plus!)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Must

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or any other analytical related field

• Self-learner, independent, and highly passionate to succeed.
