Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for the development, initiation, and implementation of educational activities, programs, and projects for the training of teachers and policymakers abroad in front of the target countries. In coordination with the director of the department, they will create relationships with partners/alumni and be responsible for specific regions/countries.
The position includes performing additional tasks according to the needs of the division.
Areas of Responsibility:
Seminars, Conferences, and Training Courses:
- Initiation, construction, concentration, and management (including pedagogical and logistical support) of educational activities including seminars, conferences, study days, further training, and more.
- Work with the logistical administrative team to identify, plan, and implement the required logistical administrative needs.
- Delivering workshops, lectures, and trainings to the target audiences and payees of the division.
- Transferring electronic content on different platforms.
- Making feedback and producing professional lessons.
- Guiding, accompanying, and controlling the instructors and lecturers.
Specific Regions/Countries:
- Relations with strategic partners (ministries of education, organizations, etc.)
Preservation and Development of Relationships:
- Concentration, preservation, and development of working relationships with partners/graduates in the target countries independently.
Project Management:
- Developing, researching, and writing programs, systems, and dedicated tools in accordance with target audiences independently.
- Responsibility for representation in front of the target countries and responsibility for developing programs.
- Leading development projects in coordination with the director of the department and director of content and pedagogy.
- Marketing and promotion of educational activities in front of target audiences and partners.
- Writing performance reports.
Requirements:
- German at a high level (speaking, reading, and writing).
- High-level English (speaking, wording, writing, and reading).
- Hebrew at a good level (wording, writing, and reading).
- Mastery of additional European languages is an advantage.
- Full control of computer and Office applications and access to learning additional software.
- A bachelor’s degree in humanities or social sciences is an advantage.
- Familiarity and experience with the world of relevant content is a significant advantage.

- Availability to work at unusual hours.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
The start date is immediate, this is a temporary position (six months with the possibility to extend).
