Papaya Gaming, is a mobile games startup looking for a Junior Support Representative to help support backend financial support services.
Requirements:
- English proficiency both spoken and written - mother tongue level advantage
- Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks
- Have a Can-do approach, be creative and committed to contributing ideas and practical solutions to the team
- Strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms at a time.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-pressured environment with an emphasis on fast and accurate data entry skills
- A Team player
- Has experience with payment processors - an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic
- Previous work experience in customer service is an advantage!

Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact with data entry tasks
- Provide comprehensive information regarding the financial services handled by us.
- Work closely with the support team to solve player's payment issues
