Yashar LaChayal, an exciting non-profit dedicated to helping our Chayalim, is looking for a full time Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative, coordination and logistical activities. Our offices are located in Jerusalem.
Under the direction of the Executive Director:
- Manages administrative aspects of our operations including working on projects, donation data entry and receipting, etc.
- Maintains our social media presence on FB, Instagram, Constant Contact
- Updates our websites with newly generated content
- Communicates with vendors
- Will also be assisting our Project Manager in furthering our objectives to help Chayalim
Requirements:
- Well-organized, able to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM Software (Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc.)
- Strong English reading, writing and verbal skills
- Fluent in Hebrew, both written and verbal
- Communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with social media, SEO, etc.
Desired related experience
- Army service
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing a big plus
