The offered room has an attached, private bathroom including shower and toilet. It also has a queen size double bed and a built-in closet. There is only one additional tenant. The current tenant (male) is very quiet, responsible, courteous and exceptionally easy to get along with. The desired roommate should be the same, and preferably someone who is well established in a steady job.
2990 ₪ per month plus1 month security deposit or if preferred an Obli company guarantee (in which case no need for security deposit and no money is tied up).
The roommate will pay 50% of property tax, residents’ association fees and utilities such as electricity and water bills (An average additional monthly expense of 500 Israeli Shekels).
Although the existing tenant doesn't own a pet and doesn't smoke, pets are aloud, and there's no objection to a smoking roommate.
