Convergence is looking for a Customer Service specialist to handle Provider Billing for a therapy center. This individual will be in charge of guiding providers through the billing app, assisting in troubleshooting, and interfacing with the programmers.
Ideal candidate will be:
Hours are night 8pm-2am; work can be remote after two weeks of in-office training
Must have Teudat Zehut or work permit. For immediate start.
