A Logistics and Operation Manager is needed for a leading international eCommerce company in the beauty & wellness space. Young, pleasant & dynamic work environment, long-term position. In Herzliya.
* Job is in English Only(!!)
* Responsible for the company’s entire logistics activity:
-Working with vendors, carriers, and customs brokers.
-USA Domestic shipping.
-Import/Export to USA, Canada & UK.
-Ongoing managing and tracking of shipments.
-Requesting quotes, analyzing, comparing, and optimization.
* Responsible for operations and inventory:
-Shipments reconciliation (missing, damages, lost, etc)
-Managing and tracking inventory received at the company’s warehouses.
Responsibilities
-High proficiency / Native level English - Mandatory! (will be tested)
-Computer skills, experienced in working with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets (will be tested)
-Prior knowledge in logistics is not mandatory, Must be driven, fast learner, hard-working, highly organized, attention to detail, reliable, go-getter!
-Experience in ERP systems - Advantage
-BA - Advantage
