We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to join our Revenue Team. Company mission is to provide easy access to high-quality web content to companies who wish to focus on data analysis and not data collection.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Inbound & Outbound SDR Teams:

  • Set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing performance feedback, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes managing both inbound lead nurturing and qualification, as well as implementing and optimizing outbound prospecting strategies for both SDR teams.
  • Design & execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) to generate qualified leads for products.
  • Align lead nurturing & qualification: Streamline the process for nurturing and qualifying leads by collaborating with marketing to ensure a smooth handoff from initial contact to sales qualification across all campaigns including ABM.
  • Implement coaching programs to improve SDR communication, qualification skills, and overall effectiveness, building a high-performing team.
  • Leverage sales analytics tools to measure outreach effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize outreach cadence, messaging, and qualification criteria to maximize lead conversion.


Requirements:

Proven Sales Leadership:

  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing SDR teams, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • SDR Expertise: Deep understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, qualification, and multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, social web) for both inbound and outbound teams.
  • Coaching & Development: Experience in coaching and mentoring SDRs to refine communication skills, qualification techniques, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Experience utilizing sales analytics and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize outreach.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with sales prospecting/outreach software as well as ABM platforms (e.g., Salesloft, 6sense, Demandbase).
