Now hiring: Care Manager
Work remotely from home with a great team as a care manager. (customer service)
Duties include:
following up with patients who were released from therapy, facilities etc and seeing how they are doing.
assisting with ordering medical equipment as patients need it
other duties as required
Requirements:
top verbal and written communication skills
patient, empathetic and caring personality
team player with a positive attitude
quiet work environment with good internet connection
Candidates should have at least 2 years of past experience working with clients or customers, ideally over the phone
position is working from home 30-40 weekly hours, starting after 3pm in Israel to overlap US working hours
