Dynamic, small office in RBS seeking an experienced, self-motivated level 2 bookkeeper who is deadline focused and strives for professional excellence for flexible part time work (6- 7 hours, 5 days a week).
Potential to grow to full time.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance and preparation of monthly payroll for 200+ employees.
- Integration and implementation of a new accounting system.
- Expense reporting and tracking.
- Preparation of monthly reports and statements.
- Bank monitoring/ financial transactions.
- Accounts receivable/Accounts payable.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual – English and Hebrew near mother tongue.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years bookkeeping experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft, חשבשבת, עוקץ.
- Israeli payroll accounting experience
- Team player
- Able to consistently hit deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Quickbooks proficiency
- Basic US bookkeeping skills
