.As we're growing our Customer Service department, we're looking to recruit a Technical customer Service to both support current customer service requests, as well as help in growing our US operations and logistics
The position working hours are 13:00-21:00 / 14:00-22:00
Requirements:
-Customer Support experience - a must
-Logistics and operational experience - an advantage
-Native English speaker. Hebrew is an advantage
-Team player and willing to work in a start-up environment, but also the ability to work independently
-Experience in some electro-mechanical technical background is an advantage
-Responsible and resourceful: You are solving technical matters to customers stuck without wheels. Help them out, and do it with a smile (-: You're the face of the company
Work hours: monthly full time, from early afternoon at office, with ability to continue work from home in order to support requests from US time zone
