BNR Consulting is a Digital Marketing Agency specializing in Ecommerce. We are looking for an open minded, enthusiastic and joyful HR professional to lead our HR department.

This is an in-person role at our Jerusalem offices.

Responsibilities:

• Filling out Payroll and working with CFO for all compensation
• Full ownership of the hiring process - Working with department managers to assess needs, recruiting, sorting resumes, conducting interviews and organizing onboarding
• Point of contact for employee satisfaction and engagement
• Light office management
• Leadership development
• Supporting the emotional needs of the employees
• Being trusted advisor to the senior managers
• Full ownership of the global talent acquisition process
• Leading the development of the culture and positive working environment

You have:

• 2-3 years in similar role
• Native Level English
• B.A. in a related field
• Deep understanding of the talent sourcing process
• Experience designing and leading employee development workshops and seminars
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Highly organized
• A plus - remote hiring knowledge
