Beit Nesicha is a residential program for English-speaking women. We are seeking to hire an in-house counselor starting August 16th. Shifts typically revolve around mornings and evenings. This is a good position for someone who is in school or wants to gain experience working in the mental health field. The position requires that the counselor lives at the program, with one day off every week, and every third Shabbat off. We provide onsite training for crisis intervention and meal support. Before applying to this position, please have in mind that this is a resdiential program and as such, you will be working with young women who need to be in a 24-hour support program for their mental health issues. Counselors provide verbal support, program orientation, and overseeing morning/evening routines. The position provides full room and board, and a $500 monthly stipend.
