Seeking an experienced, persuasive recruiter for extremely competitive BCBA roles. Must be exceptional at communication. Requires active outreach on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms with creative, sales-like personality to thrive in a tough market.
Requirements:
- Proven recruiting experience with BCBA or competitive industry recruiting (preferred)
- Familiarity with BCBA space or similar industries (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
Work from home (within Israel)
20-30 hours a week, most of the time over US hours.
