Admin Assistant

We are looking for diverse, talented team members who want to grow and challenge what's possible with us. We are actively seeking to hire a full-time maternity leave cover Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting clients
  • Submission of KYC forms (customer opening form)
  • Entering sales data in the customer management database
  • Go to the bank and post office
  • General administrative duties

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Required languages: English - mother tongue, Hebrew - excellent


Days:

  • Sunday- Thursday: 09:00 - 16:00

Full-time position, maternity leave cover in the Jerusalem office
