we are looking for a full-cycle recruiter with 2+years of experience in high volume staffing to join our recruiting team. As one of our front-line recruiters, you'll play a key role sourcing and building our candidate pipeline. In addition, you'll be assisting in developing relationships across the tri-state area.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients' staffing demands/needs from start to finish
• Effectively search for and screen potential candidates to fill positions as part of talent acquisition
• Exceptional candidate interview etiquette, processes, and communication (pre and post hire)
• Utilize a wide variety of job boards, social networks, referrals, and other necessary outlets as sourcing methods
• Engage with candidates and/or clients using the internet, phone, and in-person while handling work in a professional and timely manner
