There is someone who might be starting a helper group for Olim and English speakers to set up and resolve issues with phone and Internet services, electric companies, and other large organizations that only speak Hebrew.
They would call these companies on your behalf and speak to them, and you would have the option to be on the line while they speak with them.
You would provide them with whatever details they ask for in order to help you.
The charge for this service would be 50 Shekel a month.
