PhenoLife is a company that produces high quality CBD products. After years of selling in retail stores, we recently decided to significantly increase our online sales. Seeing early success in the UK market, the company intends to launch next in the US market.

We are looking for someone who specializes in strategically growing online marketing and sales. The person in this role is responsible for driving online growth by increasing customer traffic by known digital marketing methods and conducting innovative approaches with an emphasis on building and improving customer journeys (we are not looking for a media buyer).


Responsibilities

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
  • Manage digital marketing channels e.g. PPC, SEO, Display, in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition for every stage in the marketing funnel
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on landing pages, ads and other methods
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners



Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing - minimum 3 years
  • Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
