US company looking to hire Customer Service Rep to work remotely. Candidate must be positive, energetic and driven to be successful. Must be an excellent communicator with great phone etiquette. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer calls/ online chats
Processing customer orders/changes/returns
Working with accounting department
Troubleshooting and identifying priority issues
Follow up with customer calls Requirements:3-4 years Customer service experience Remote position
Full Time US hours ( Sun-Thursday)
