Customer Service & Sales Representative
This is a work from home position for the hours of 17:00 to midnight!!!
Judaica WebStore, the world's biggest online store for Judaica and Israeli products, is looking for an exceptional customer service and sales representative to join our team and to help answer our customers' queries via telephone and email.
For this position, we are seeking someone who meets the following requirements:
- is a self-motivator.
- is a "people person": polite, friendly, warm and patient
- is passionate about offering clients exceptional service and care
- speaks English at a mother tongue level and has basic conversational Hebrew
- has a relevant degree and/or experience in either customer service or sales.
- is computer literate
- has a general understanding of Jewish life, customs, etc.
Please note that this position will require one week of training from our Givat Shaul office.
