Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Technical Support Leader, you will be responsible for:
Providing an excellent customer experience at all times.
Provide support to Hebrew-speaking clients.
Accurately keeping tickets up to date, informative, and clear.
Log Analysis with Elasticsearch
Familiarity with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Liaising with developers and other GREAN-API teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
Strong written and spoken Hebrew communication skills.
Fluent in English, Russian, or both.
Experience with programming languages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in a relevant discipline or industry qualifications would also be extremely beneficial.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
