Admin - Mortgages - Work form Home
Mortgage company based in the UK is hiring an admin to assist with processing mortgages. work is mostly via email, some phone work needed.
Duties include:
collecting documents from the client
uploading documents into the system
answering incoming calls
other administrative tasks
Requirements:
must have top communication skills
ability to take achrayus and make sure task are completed quickly and accurately
ability to deal with sensitive information discreetly
must be able to take initiative and think outside the box
past experience working in an office environment requested.
position is working 25-30 weekly hours, from home, daytime Israel hours
