Established High End Product Manufacturer selling to US customers is seeking a capable, quick-learning customer service rep for the company. No experience in the industry is necessary but 1-2 years customer service experience is preferred.
Must be a fluent English speaker, capable of responding well and with passion by phone, chat and email to customer inquiries which are sales oriented, and also dealing with existing customer base.
Also involves various office and administrative tasks.
Must be able to work independently.
US hours (4PM-11PM), Sunday-Thursday, full time, or part-time is possible.
