About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team, drive revenue growth by

owning the sales cycle from end to end and expanding our customer base. This role is ideal

for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment and excels at building

lasting relationships.

Flexibility for occasional travel and collaborating with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders

will be a part of this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

● Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to demos, negotiations

and closing.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with finance teams and C-level executives

across segments and verticals in North America.

● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

● Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to deliver

seamless client experiences.

● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

● Act as the voice of the customer sharing feedback with internal teams and contribute

to refining our value proposition.

Requirements:

● Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales (Mid-Market/Enterprise), with a proven track

record of driving revenue growth, exceeding targets and achieving meaningful results

in fintech, SaaS, or financial services

● Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required. We value talent from all

backgrounds and understand that the best candidates don’t always follow traditional

paths.

● Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey

complex ideas effectively to finance teams and C-level executives.

● Mindset & Adaptability: Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented focus,

thrives on exceeding targets, driving growth, and continuously improving.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

● Flexibility: Openness to occasional travel and collaborating across time zones.
