Part time administrative assistant position.

Job Duties:

Manage clients ,CRM Database on the company cloud software.

creating documents using merge fields and reviewing the documents.

Assist with scheduling, data input and client communication as needed.

Candidate Requirements :

very organized with a strong attention to detail

tech savvy to learn the company database

have experience working on Microsoft word and Excel

have professional writing skills

have strong communication skills

past administrative experience

Position is work from home about 15 weekly hours, flexible with some hours overlapping NY working time for communication.
