We are a recruitment company specializing in the healthcare field hiring Recruiters on both the junior and senior level!
The ideal candidate will be comfortable planning and executing strategic sourcing of candidates within the Healthcare sector using a wide variety of resources and conducting first-level screening calls with candidates. They should have a drive to succeed and be open to learning new recruitment techniques. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned goals/metrics.
This is an extremely growth-oriented position with growth opportunities within the first six months!
Our office is in the Jerusalem City Center
Our hours are Sundays (from home) from 10am to 4pm and Mondays through Thursdays (on-site) from 3:30pm to midnight
Qualifications:
Native or native-level English
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet goals
