A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be one of the early Sales team members. As a Sales Development Rep ( SDR ) you’ll play a key role in growing our new SMB customer base.

Your day-to-day
- Build a new pipeline through individual prospecting & lead qualification.
- Use research and data to prioritize and customize outreach.
- Raise awareness and generate interest through a variety of outreach, including but not limited to calls, emails, video, and social outreach.
- Schedule and conduct initial qualification and discovery calls to accelerate deals from initial sales stages all the way to the prospect’s trial.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Consistently meet new business opportunities and pipeline targets.
Your toolkit
- Native-level Spanish speaker is a must!
- Creative, self-disciplined and passionate about what you do.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude.
- Demonstrated success with prospecting/ lead generation and qualification.
- Track record of exceeding goals and sales targets in your current sales position.
- Comfortable calling on all levels of an organization, navigating through multiple decision-makers in an organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience
- 2+ years of previous SMB SaaS experience.
- eCommerce experience is an advantage.
