My name is Ram and I live in a roommate apartment on Bograshov, right next to Dizengoff Center. My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a new roommate.
I've been living in this apartment for 13 years now and I'm very happy with it. The apartment is well-stocked and well-maintained, and the landlord is reasonable.
I'm looking for a roommate who is:
- Self-sufficient, responsible and considerate.
- Hopefully a person I'd enjoy living with.
- Male between the ages of 32-42. (I'm 38 myself.)
Here are a few important things to know, in no particular order:
- The rent is 2,800 ILS not including utilities.
- The utilities cost around 500 ILS per month, depending on usage. (Including arnona, vaad bayit, electricity, water and gas).
- The room has an AC.
- The current roommate leaves on September 10th, so the new contract will start on September 11th by default. If you'd like to start the contract earlier or later, you might be able to coordinate that with the leaving roommate.
- I've been living here happily for 13 years, and I've established a way of living that I don't want to change.
- There's no living room in the apartment unfortunately.
- There's no parking provided.
- The leaving roommate will likely want to sell you some of his furniture, though it's not mandatory, and the price will be reasonable.
- No pets, no smoking.
- If you keep kosher or shabbat, note that I don't.
- The apartment is well-stocked: Dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer and a stove.
- There's an electric water heater, but no solar water heater.
- We are on the second floor.
- The apartment is in a very central location, close to many shopping outlets, gyms and public transport.
