We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist with general customer interactions over the phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Native level English speaker
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Background in customer-facing roles is helpful
- Works best during late-night hours, consistently focused and efficient on night shifts
Remote role (within Israel) - Two days a week over US hours, additional hours on other days as needed.
