DESCRIPTION: The Account Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining its relationship with our clients (US lending institutions), investors, and title companies. The position makes decisions, supervises, and implements tasks that directly impact the financial well-being of our clients.
FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with clients via phone and e-mail
- Daily review of lender account data
- Formulate and implement a strategy to efficiently address client issues Oversee document corrections
- Address outstanding loans
- Generate reports per client’s request
- Supervise the work of Account Rep Support personnel
REQUIREMENTS:
- - Mother-tongue written and spoken English
- - Minimum of two years experience – this is not an entry-level position.
- - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- - Computer literate – must be proficient with Office applications, particularly Excel
- - Attention to detail
- - Ability to multi-task
- - Must work well with deadlines
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):
- Regular, positive communications to/from client representative
- The declining number of outstanding loans
- Minimal or no documents in the corrections pipeline
- Minimal number of flagged emails in lender’s inbox
- Positive client feedback
This is a Full-Time position, working US hours, Sunday through Thursday, 4pm-12am Israel time.
