Full Stack Development Team Lead

The FBX Group, established in 2016, has become an industry leader in complex payment services, as well as blockchain forensic & anti-money laundering investigative services. Applying our knowledge of the digital marketplace, we provide essential and global support to fintech companies, law enforcement, banks, and other financial institutions that require our unique expertise.

We are currently looking to hire an expert Full Stack Developer to join our existing team in developing and supporting our fintech solutions.

As we prepare for our next stage of growth, you’ll help the more junior developers develop their craft and successfully deliver on projects, while managing your own tasks and contributing to the overall product delivery of the company.

In addition to your own development projects, you will liaise with stakeholders to align team outputs to their needs, help your team prioritize their tasks, and mentor junior developers.

You will be an expert in our technology stack, which includes NodeJS, PHP, React, MySQL, and MongoDB, and possess a passion for helping other developers succeed.

This is an 80% hybrid/remote eligible opportunity.

Our main office is between Beit Shemesh & Modiin.

Qualifications…

• 3+ years demonstrable experience in product and Full stack development - front end and back end (NodeJS/React + MongoDB).
• Experience in WordPress plugin customization, API development, CRM customization is preferred.
• Experience leading and coaching student and/or junior software engineers.
• High level written and verbal English.

Responsibilities…

• Mentor a small team of junior software engineers and where appropriate, coach those needing support to reach the next level of their careers and become excellent software engineers.
• Champion engineering and operational excellence.
• Clarify what’s required by individual team members and talk through the required process for the effective delivery of our services.
• Use technical expertise and cross-functional relationships to develop realistic plans for delivering what’s needed by the business.
• Help with the continual improvement of the products we deliver.
• Help evolve a growth-oriented, customer-focused culture within the technology department of our organization.
• Work with the team to meet weekly/monthly release cycle requirements and participate in decisions for what is included in the next releases.
