Junior Account Manager & Customer Service Representative
Rank Ranger is seaching for a Junior Account Manager & Customer Service Rep who can research potential business customers with the ability to quickly ascertain their potential. You will also be required to assist customers with Tier 1 & (and maybe) Tier 2 customer service.
You make sure to stay up to date in order to intelligently discuss the application of our SEO technologies in a basic but professional manner via email, phone calls, online sessions (Zoom, Google Meet etc.) and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- ● Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
- ● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Handle billing related customer service and billing related issues.
Requirements
- ● Customer service experience
- Billing related customer service experience (a big plus)
- ● Basic knowledge of SEO terminology and techniques
- ● Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent service
- ● Confident & professional phone and email skills
- ● English mother tongue (other languages a plus)
- ● Professional verbal and written communication skills
- ● Strong research and social networking skills (a plus)
Hours and Compensation
- ● Full-time Sunday - Thursday (mixed Israeli/US hours).
