Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing, managing, and implementing OGC's marketing plan. Your primary goal will be to promote our services, strengthen brand awareness, and contribute to business growth. As this is a new role at OGC, you will be working in an environment without an existing structure and you will be expected to create one and be the driving force to make things happen. This is will be a hands on position where you will be responsible for initiating, building, and owning the marketing activities of OGC, ensuring successful execution where processes do not exist by suggesting or building them. This position requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to drive marketing efforts forward.

This is a hybrid position working from the Tel Aviv office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Conduct research and gather information from internal stakeholders. Create drafts, proofread, and route for feedback and approvals. Develop and manage content, including blog posts, white papers, sales decks and other sales support materials.
  • Website Management: Oversee and update the OGC website content and design, ensuring timely execution of changes. Coordinate with internal and external resources to maintain the website's accuracy and functionality.
  • Conference Management: Prepare for and execute conference participation, including materials and logistics.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Brand Design and Development: Manage brand design, development, and asset management.
  • Marketing Plan and Budget: Assist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan and budget.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Manage content creation, editing, design, and publishing.
  • Project Management: Create and manage project checklists, timelines, and milestones. Ensure timely creation, delivery, and publishing of marketing materials. Identify and resolve obstacles, coordinate proofreading, and manage stakeholder reviews.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Manage the company’s online presence, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Assist in managing the marketing budget and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, project management, and content creation.
  • Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work without existing structure.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and requests.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to navigate technical and logistical obstacles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing.
  • Proficiency in Canva (required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with HubSpot (advantageous).
  • Experience with WordPress (advantageous).
