Jerusalem Office is looking to hire Customer Success Manager.

Must have 3-5 years customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes (at least 1+ year with B2B SaaS company)
 Mother tongue English - Must
 Superb written and verbal communication skills
 Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on new technologies
 Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
 Ability to take initiative and adapt
 Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with
executives
 Experience working with the US Healthcare industry - advantage
 Strong technical capabilities
 Experience with Salesforce - Advantage
 BA or BS degree
US hours.  3 days work from the office.  2 days work from home.
