
Jerusalem Office is looking to hire Customer Success Manager.
Must have 3-5 years customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes (at least 1+ year with B2B SaaS company)
Mother tongue English - Must
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on new technologies
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Ability to take initiative and adapt
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with
executives
Experience working with the US Healthcare industry - advantage
Strong technical capabilities
Experience with Salesforce - Advantage
BA or BS degree
US hours. 3 days work from the office. 2 days work from home.
