Acrocharge Part-Time Chargeback Analyst Job Description

Acrocharge is a Fintech startup that recovers lost funds for merchants due to chargebacks.

We are now hiring a Chargeback Specialist Team Lead. This position consists of managing the team of part-time Chargeback Specialists, analyzing and improving the team's quality and efficiency, and handling the daily communication with our merchants and with their payment processors (PSPs/acquiring banks).

Skills Needed:

1. Excellent level of English- reading and writing
2. Managerial experience- experience managing part-time employees preferred
3. High level of interpersonal & analytical skills
4. Microsoft Excel- high level
5. Well organized
6. Ability to think outside of the box
