We're Hiring: US Business Development Officer (BDO) – Scale Innodraw in the US & Europe!

About Innodraw

Innodraw is a fast-growing, innovative company providing laser-based measuring and CAD drawing services for kitchen & bath retailers, designers, architects, remodelers, and interior designers. With our R&D and HQ in Israel, we are now looking for a high-performing, revenue-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to lead our expansion and scale our presence in the US & European markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement a dynamic go-to-market strategy to position Innodraw as the #1 provider of measuring and drawing services in the Architects, Engineers & Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Expand Market Presence: Identify and secure partnerships with major industry players, including construction firms, property developers, kitchen & bath retailers, and service providers.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and nurture sales channels, establish key partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build & Lead a Team: Recruit and manage a growing network of service providers across the US & Europe.
  • Client Engagement: Contact and engage potential clients to secure measuring and drawing projects.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the executive team in Israel to shape strategy, refine operations, and scale business development efforts.

Who You Are

  • Based in Israel and US-born.
  • Proven Business Development Leader: You have a strong, verifiable track record of scaling companies into major market players.
  • Revenue-Driven (MUST-HAVE): This is the most critical requirement. You must have REAL, PROVEN, and SUCCESSFUL experience in substantially increasing a company’s income.
    • Be prepared to provide actual revenue figures from past roles.
    • We will request detailed proof of your contributions to revenue growth.
    • We will investigate and verify your experience—if you do not have this, do not apply.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinker: Capable of identifying and executing new growth opportunities within the AEC and home improvement industries.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience in posting ads and conducting searches on LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Exceptional Communicator & Negotiator: Ability to build relationships at all levels, from independent designers to C-suite executives.
  • Industry Expertise Preferred: Experience in the AEC, home improvement, or architecture & design industry is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with measuring and drawing technology is a plus.
  • Flexible Schedule: Can work PM hours to align with US time zones.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range: ₪14,000 - ₪18,000 per month plus a generous commission structure (6%-8% per deal closed) and performance-based bonuses on achieving sales targets.
