We are currently seeking a GPT Prompt Engineer to join our R&D team and help take our products to the next level. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that our prompt meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance and work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with many departments and teams. The number and order of prompt engineer activities may vary from project to project, depending on the scope of the work and project aims.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Jerusalem office or Tel Aviv office, and will report to the CPO.
What you will be responsible for
- Monitor our systems to ensure quality
- Monitor our prompts from various sources
- Create, execute, and maintain system documents.
- Conduct post-implementation testing
- Report issues and errors to relevant stakeholders
- Validation of prompt fixes
Requirements
To be a GPT Prompt Engineer at Fullpath you will need to have:
- Native level verbal and written English
- At least 2 years of experience at a SaaS company
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Strong familiarity with different web applications
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines and a "getting things done" attitude.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and policy concepts to diverse audiences
- Previous work on AI issues and technical AI development expertise - a significant plus
