We are looking for Customer Service professionals to join our growing iPostal1 family. iPostal1

is the leader in the digital mailbox industry, having pioneered digital mailboxes and mail

management software since 2007. Our network of digital mailbox locations is the largest and

fastest-growing with more than 3,000 mail center addresses across the U.S. and abroad.

As an iPostal1 Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customers’ emails in a prompt and professional fashion, identifying the level of assistance needed, assisting with onboarding customers, managing customer expectations and delivering information in a well-organized and compassionate manner. Position Summary:

This role is responsible for managing new customer inquiries, as well as reviewing digital paperwork and tickets submitted to set up their accounts. The individual in this position will also handle first- and/or second-tier customer service tickets and emails.

This is a full time position from Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 9am to 5pm -Israel time.

Principal Accountabilities:


  • Obtain and utilize an in- depth knowledge of the United States Postal Service (USPS) specialized form to receive mail and recipient approval process
  • Review and verify confidential information while adhering to security protocols
  • Respond to customer inquiries submitted via email in a clear, courteous and timely manner
  • Agents are expected to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy
  • Ascertain level of assistance needed to resolve inquiry and escalate when appropriate
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Actively engage with customers
  • Maintain detailed records of all email correspondence and form approval processes in the company's database
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
  • Additional duties as assigned


Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • One to two years of relevant work / business experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Results oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to review and approve forms with accuracy
